Easy ChatGPT Workflow for Bloggers & Facebook Group Admins
It’s finally here! My latest time-saving ChatGPT workflow is so easy, anyone can copy it by following these steps.
I have included all my prompts with annotations where necessary to allow you to get the best prompt results in no time. Let’s get started!
Use this Key as you read: ✍️ (my response) and 😊 (ChatGPT’s response)
The only input I included from ChatGPT was the outline because I want you to see how I have used the results to inform all my future queries.
Before we start
If you are planning to create your own workflow, here’s some advice:
You will tweak your prompts as you go so it fits your style and gives you a result you love. To save even more time, I created a document in google with my basic prompt, as a template. Each time I want to use the prompt, instead of modifying the original, I paste a copy underneath and modify the copy, changing:
- The type of expert I need
- The title (I use RankIQ for research, keywords, and optimizing my title before I start.)
- The keywords specific to the blog post I’m putting together (also RankIQ)
I copy the entire result, including keywords, into ChatGPT for the outline.
I also add a dividing line before I start a new topic! 😊
Pro tip: The next time I need to prompt for a blog post, I copy the template below the line and modify it the same way, so I have a running record of each change. It will save time in the future if you need to reference past results.
Easy ChatGPT Workflow to create 7 keyword-rich blog posts
- Here you will modify the expert (Procreate Dreams animation expert) whose help you will need to write your blog post. You can also combine more than one expert here, like you are consulting a team!
- The title “Procreate Dreams: Ultimate Animation Beginners Guide!”
- And add your keywords below to help focus ChatGPT’s output. I use RankIQ to research topics and Keywords. (It’s a wonderful asset, but it is subscription based)

ChatGPT’s Outline for 7 Linking Blog Posts
This is the outline I will use to build the articles and the beginning of our first easy ChatGPT workflow posts for improving productivity. Using ChatGPT outline to create blog posts
Writing about how to create blog posts, email newsletters, Quora responses, Facebook group copy, and a year’s worth of prompts took much less time than writing this ChatGPT guide on how to do it. Once you get the hang of it, you will see how simple it is to start prompting ChatGPT to streamline your processes and save time!
In my next query, I pasted Section 1 into my request. I’m calling the query “Part 2 of my template” because I also have this section (asking ChatGPT to expand my outline into a post) saved as a template on the Google Doc.
Pro tip: Before I started saving my templates to Google, I wasted so much time combing through my Chats to find questions I’d asked so I could reuse them. Plus, if something ever happens to that Chat, your query is gone forever! So please, from the start, treat saving your essential prompts as best practices!
Prompt for first blog post
Here is my first blog post prompt:
✍️ I want to split every section of the outline for Procreate Dreams: Ultimate Animation Beginners Guide into separate useful blog posts that can then be linked together internally from the main blog post. Please craft a personalized blog post about the introduction section on: “I. Introduction: The Dawn of Procreate Dreams”
A. Unveiling the Revolutionary Procreate Dreams App
Overview of the new animation app in the App Store
Introducing the powerful tools transforming digital art
B. Breaking Ground: Procreate Dreams’ User-Friendly Interface
Navigating the innovative features for a fluid animation experience
The role of Apple Pencil in unleashing your creativity
Can you write the blog post in knockdown with H1 and H2 headings and bullet points as needed so it’s easy to read, so it has a conversational and friendly, but also trustworthy tone. Remember it should be well-written, engaging, sassy, and informative, with a clear structure and compelling narrative flow.
Please note: I selected a tone that fits my style and audience. Modify it to fit yours!
For the next posts, ChatGPT knows what you want, so you can simply ask for the next section.
I like to give ChatGPT the name of the section to prevent any confusion. I could have said “next section” but occasionally you might get something you’re not expecting when asking for something complex or specific. Later, for my weekly Facebook prompts, you’ll see I could just say next/continue/etc.
Finishing up the Series of Blog Posts
Here are my next 6 Blog Post requests. I prompted these one at a time from the outline above.
✍️ Can you now write the blog post for section II. Getting Started: The First Time in Procreate Dreams
✍️ Can you now write the blog post for section III. Animation Unleashed: Procreate Dreams in Action
✍️Can you now write the blog post for section IV. Mastering the Craft: Procreate Dreams Advanced Features
✍️Can you now write the blog post for section V. Perfecting Your Process: Tips and Tricks for Procreate Dreams
✍️Can you now write the blog post for section VI. The Procreate Dreams Community: Your Animation Tribe
✍️Can you now write the blog post for section VII. Epilogue: Procreate Dreams and the Future of Animation
Using ChatGPT to write email newsletters linking back to the articles we’ve just written
✍️Now can I get a series of seven short email newsletters that tease the content of each of these posts, and allow me to add the link, directing them back to these posts on the blog. So newsletter one should link back to the first post and so on.
Using ChatGPT to write Quora responses linking back to the articles we’ve just written
✍️Can you also create for me short responses to Quora questions that also have a “ if you want to read more” plus the link to each post? so, if someone said, for example, I don’t understand how to use the timeline feature in Procreate Dreams. I might direct them with a short answer, and the link to my post to read more.
Using ChatGPT to write a Description for a Facebook Group about my Blog Topic
✍️If I wanted to start a Facebook group about Procreate Dreams, could you write me a description that is engaging and encourages people to join the group. It should include what they will do and how they will participate. I think they should share projects and whatever else you can think of.
Using ChatGPT to write a Year of Weekly Challenges for the Facebook Group about my Blog Topic
✍️This looks good. May I have a month’s worth of theme challenges?
For months 2-4, I repeated:
✍️For the next month too
✍️For month 5 too.
Then for each month up to 12.
✍️Month 6
✍️Month 12
Please note: Once ChatGPT understands what you want, your prompts can be very basic.
Using ChatGPT to write a Blog Landing Page to Build My Email List
✍️I want the landing page to build my email list. My offer will be the list of Procreate Dreams challenges we just created. Can you write an enticing offer that follows the format of successful landing pages?
✍️I need one more landing page to build a different email list. My users for this list are people who use ChatGPT for productivity in their businesses. I want to offer them a behind-the-scenes exclusive look at workflow. I will provide them with a series of prompts. For example, in this prompting session I prompted for the outline, the blog articles, the Facebook group description, activities, email series, Quora responses, and landing pages
Using ChatGPT to write a Welcome Message for the Facebook Group about my Blog Topic
✍️I need a welcome message for my Procreate Dreams Creators Facebook group that sent a friendly and welcoming tone
Using ChatGPT to Upscale Your Blog Post
**Bonus Content**
You may have your article or blog post already written, but you want to build it out more. Here’s an example:
I pasted my article into ChatGPT and asked for section additions. ChatGPT will write them in your style!
✍️Using my input above, create a section just on the steps to use onions skins to this project
✍️Create a section about this: (Procreate Dreams has been out for just a few days at the writing of this article, so glitching is expected.) I encountered this when I would switch colors mid project. Tapping on a color in the pallet gives me three unexpected and unwelcome results: 1. a different color than I expected. 2. The color change in the window but remains the same color at the pen. 3. No acknowledgment of the color I want
All together, this easy ChatGPT workflow took me about 2 hours, instead of 2 weeks. I was able to create the articles, the Facebook group and schedule two months of challenges, plus set up the email series within a single morning!
I’d love to see what you create using this workflow so please share your experiences in the comments. And if you need ChatGPT to streamline your life or processes, let me know what you want to see next!
